Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the EU and United States where checkout accepts the destination. Contact hello@moleculeperformance.com. Each garment is printed after ordering. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after submission to fulfilment. Shipping follows production and typically takes 1–8 business days for domestic routes or 1–20 business days for international routes. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; stock, capacity and destination can affect timing. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Production is routed according to stock and capacity. Local EU or US production is not guaranteed. Orders can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking links. We will contact you about material delays and explain applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Check your address before paying and contact us promptly to correct mistakes. Contact us for stalled tracking or lost parcels; we remain responsible under applicable law and do not make you pursue the supplier. For EU consumers, risk passes on physical receipt, subject to applicable law.
The checkout shows the charges collected with your order. International routing may involve customs clearance; contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of the fulfilment origin or possible import charges.

Returns and refunds

EU customers can withdraw without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods (the last item for split deliveries under one order). Email a clear statement identifying your order. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contacting us for instructions does not make withdrawal subject to approval.
We print standard catalogue designs after ordering. This does not remove your withdrawal right: these garments are not customer-personalised goods.
You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. For withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the goods and original standard delivery cost, excluding any premium over standard delivery. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee within 14 days of notification; we may wait until the goods or evidence of return arrive. You may inspect goods as in a shop. We may deduct diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, email your order number and, where possible, photographs. We arrange the appropriate remedy and bear necessary return costs. Supplier claim windows do not restrict statutory rights. EU legal guarantees and any longer mandatory national protection remain available. Swedish consumer complaint rights can extend to three years. Notify us promptly after discovering a fault.
US customers may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery on the same return-cost and condition basis. Mandatory local rights remain available. Contact us immediately for cancellation before dispatch; production may have started, without removing applicable withdrawal rights.
